My man works from home, so his man cave is actually his home office.  Well, truthfully, it's our formal living room that we repurposed into a home office. When we moved into our house last March, I just used what we had to set up a space for him to work and moved on to other more important house projects. After living here for almost a year, I decided it was time to give this sterile looking office a bit more personality and infuse it with his vintage-modern style.

Here's the before:

I brought in a pair of Target bookshelves for additional storage and added a grasscloth wallpaper to the backs for a little texture.

Created a gallery wall to give the room more personality.

And a midcentury modern clock that had seen better days was repurposed into a sunburst mirror and paired with a couple of Target lamps.
