Love It or Hate It? Verner Panton Living Tower

The Verner Panton Living Tower ($12,390), designed in 1968, is an organically shaped sculptural piece that can be used at four different levels, and uses all three dimensions of a room. Panton believed that it is important to "seek harmony between people and their surroundings," and the living tower does so by fostering communication and interaction. It is available in red, orange, and dark blue.

I have one of the original living towers at home. Out of the 70s and the coolest furniture ever. Cheers from Germany

I would love to have it! People would walk into my home and be very curious. Then I would act surprised that not everyone has one.

Something about it appeals to me. It would never work in my home, but I'd love to visit it in someone else's home.
