Love It or Hate It? An Overload of Pillows

In several of the photos from Funny People, I couldn't help noticing that the furniture is overloaded with pillows. Are you a fan of more-than-adequate numbers of pillows? Or is there a limit to your pillow love?

I kinda like feeling like I'm swimming in a land of pillows, HAHA. To me, it's colorful and comfy...but that's just me.

I hate too many pillows on both furniture and beds. As it is, I have an extra four pillows that spend the night on the floor and two pillows in the bed. Anymore than that is madness.

I agree it depends on the furniture you put it on. My mother has this thing of putting loads of pillows on both of her leather couches and it drive me crazy. None of them stay in place. They always tend to slide out of place when you are making up the couch. And two, when you need to sit you have to throw half of them behind the couch. I asked why the heck she had 20 pillows on the couch. She said that it wasn't 20. I put my husband up to count. She had fourteen just on the one couch. One day I am going to make a pillow bond fire.

Isn't there an old joke about the number of pillows on your bed = the number of nights between having sex?

i suppose it depends on the furniture that they sit on, but i tend to love an abundance of colorful pillows!

I generally hate it, with the exception of beds. When you're on a sofa or chair, you usually end up moving them to sit down. On a bed, it's nice decoration and you have to unmake a bed to sleep it in anyway. In addition, I do enjoy lots of pillows when I sleep. I have four standard and one king size pillow all for little ol' me in my queen bed.
