Love It or Hate It? Bic Pen Vase

You've heard of blown glass, but how about blown plastic? These Giffin' Termeer Daisy vases ($19) are made from upcycled Bic pens that are heated until their plastic becomes malleable, and then blown into a bulbous shape.

i thought it was a repurposed crack pipe before i read the discription. its a neat idea, just the look isn't right.

I had to put undecided because I love the fact that they are recycled but I don't like the shape of it.

crack pipe. Reminds me of Grandma's Boy when she put's flowers in his bong because she thinks it's a vase...this is not as funny as that though.

I would like the look even if it weren't made from a bic pen. But that's a great touch.

despite the drug paraphernalia similarity, i really like it. it would make a cute addition to my desk. hmm, i'm thinking of who i can get these for already as x-mas gifts. :)
