Lonny Founders Launch Trad Home Online Magazine

According to an article in WWD, Lonny co-founders Michelle Adams and Patrick Cline, are collaborating with Traditional Home magazine on a new online magazine, Trad Home. The hot design duo will lend their expertise in reaching the next generation of design enthusiasts, who may have overlooked Traditional Home in the past.

“This is a new gateway to expand the brand,” said Traditional Home editor in chief Ann Maine. Trad Home will debut two issues in 2011, the first issue in May and the second in September. The articles will be original content separate from the print magazine;  however, Lonny and Trad Home will share articles.

Trad Home is the latest in a long line of online magazines that have recently launched, or announced plans to do so. I highlighted six in my Best of 2010 poll, including Rue, Lonny, Ivy & Piper, Nesting Newbies, Pure Green, and Sweet Paul.
