Make Leonardo DiCaprio's Billionaire's Beach Home Your Summer Hangout

He may have met a watery demise in Titanic, but Leonardo DiCaprio's real-life Malibu, CA, beach house is a waterfront paradise — and he's willing to give you the key, for a price. The actor is renting his charming Cape Cod-style, three-bedroom, two-bathroom home in the prestigious Carbon Beach area, aka Billionaire's Beach, for a cool $23,000 to $50,000 a month, depending on the season.

The 1,765-square-foot home has party pad written all over it, from the barbecue area to the hot tub overlooking the water. Leo is rumored to have bought the home for his mother back in 1998 for a steal at $1.6 million — the average lot on this beach today goes for $15 million.

Despite the potential sale profit, Leo seems to prefer life as a landlord; he also recently put his Palm Springs, CA, home up for rent at $4,500 a night.
