Kate Hudson Buys a House in Pacific Palisades

Kate Hudson Scoops Up a Guest Mansion Next Door

Pregnant Kate Hudson and fiancé Matthew Bellamy have decided to make more room at home for their growing brood and have plopped down $5.3 million for the historic 1935 Tudor revival next door to Hudson's long-time Pacific Palisades home. The 7,014-square-foot home, which boasts five bedrooms and six-and-a-half baths, will presumably be used as a guesthouse and create a private enclave for the Hollywood royalty actress and her British rockstar baby daddy. Although Hudson was rumored to be hunting for mansions in London and the westside of Los Angeles, she grew up in the quiet neighborhood. Plus, her mother Goldie Hawn and stepfather Kurt Russell continue to live there, so it will be convenient to have family nearby with another little one on the way.

Come along and take the full tour of Kate and Matthew's new home, and tell us what you think!
