This Just In: Jon Bon Jovi Sells At a Loss

According to Page Six rock star (and my former childhood crush) Jon Bon Jovi has sold his four-bedroom Upper West Side condo for $5.484 million. Located on the 28th floor of the The Park Millennium building on West 67th Street in Manhattan, the apartment was originally listed in 2006 for $6.95 million.

While I'm sure it's a lovely place in person, I can't help thinking that these photos look pretty sedate — not to mention beige — for a rock star's pad.

He actually only paid 1.85 million for it so it was not a loss, just didn't get as much as he wanted. I think he's awesome too!

I'm with Duck Duck Goose. He's a family man at heart. Plus, the home looks staged in these pics.

He's been pretty sedate in recent years. Bummer to lose over a million on a piece of real estate. Even when you have millions, that probably hurts a little.

um hello? He has millions. He could've just had all his old furniture moved or thrown out and had the house redecorated especially for staging.

yeah but he's a rockstar with four kids and a seemingly solid family life. plus, god only knows what they may have cleaned up, fixed, and painted over before they took these photos haha.
