Julia Roberts Is Selling Her Hawaiian Home and It's a Big Mistake . . . Big — Huge!

You know that scene in Pretty Woman where Julia Roberts goes back to the fancy boutique to let the snooty clerk know that she'd made a "big mistake . . . big. Huge!" by refusing to sell her clothes the day before? Well, we kinda feel like she's making a similarly big mistake by selling her scenic Hawaiian getaway. Listed at $29.8 million, the nearly 3,800-square-foot home has incredible views of Kauai's North Shore . . . and that's just the start.

Two acres of lush, green property lead right up to the beach, 200 feet of which are Roberts's property. Inside the home itself, seven bedrooms and four bathrooms await guests, but if that's not enough, buyers are also permitted to expand the building up to 9,000 square feet. Neighbors in the area include Mark Zuckerberg, who dropped $100 million on his North Shore land.

While we can't imagine wanting to abandon this luxurious property, Roberts is sure to get offers soon. Check out the gorgeous photos, and you'll be reaching for your checkbook, too (if only in your dreams)! Source: Getty / Frazer Harrison, Norman Neal

The home's large windows let in stunning views of the shore.

While it looks cozy, the home is actually almost 4,000 square feet!

While it could use some updating, the interior of the property is a perfect beach house.

How could somebody ever tire of this view?

We don't understand why the actress would give it up, but we know that somebody will snatch up this home in no time.

The epitome of outdoor living: a spacious porch with ocean views. Bliss!
