Jonah Hill's Latest Attempt to Move His $3.5M SoHo Loft

While Jonah Hill's acting career is on fire, his real-estate property is cold as ice – and it's not for lack of effort. The Academy Award-nominated funnyman listed his SoHo loft for $3.8 million last Summer. In the Fall, he pulled it off the market and made it available as a rental for $12,000-$14,000 a month, and now he has just relisted it for sale at a reduced price of $3.5 million. Considering Jonah paid $2.65 million for the two-bedroom, two-bath unit in 2012, he still stands to make a healthy profit despite the price drop. With its soaring ceilings, enormous windows, and original hardwood floors, the 2,000-square-foot unit does not lack in charm. Situated in the heart of bustling SoHo, the loft's prime location should be a major selling point.
