Decorating a nursery is an exciting task for expecting moms and dads-to-be. Husband and wife Eric and Jessie James Decker, though, had a little help when it came to outfitting a room for their son, who will be born later this year.

Jessie, a singer who appears with Eric on E!'s Eric & Jessie: Game On, wanted to create a space that melded with the "Southern, French, and warm" aesthetic of her family's home in Nashville. She had help creating the perfect nursery from Joss & Main Style Director Donna Garlough. Together, the women outfitted a bedroom that paid homage to Eric's career as a wide receiver for the New York Jets football team.

Sticking to a blue and cream color palette, Jessie and Donna mixed pieces from Joss & Main with vintage-looking sports memorabilia. In particular, Jessie loves the old-fashioned banner hanging above the baby's crib. The room is one Eric and Jessie's son can grow into; next to the crib is a big-boy bed that can be used a few years down the road. It's a perfect space for Eric, Jessie, and their 1-year-old daughter, Vivianne, to share with the soon-to-arrive fourth member of the family.

The blue and white Catalina rug ($205) tied the color scheme together.

A number of childhood classics are ready for baby on the bookshelves.

A television is front and center in the open shelving unit.

There is a big-boy bed ready for when Jessie and Eric's son is older.

The sports theme was carried through with a set of six Maesa Wall Hooks ($43).

A big "D" for Decker personalized the room.

Jessie was thrilled with the outcome, saying the results meshed with her design philosophy. "It's just all about making my home comfortable and warm and inviting," she said. "Happy home equals happy baby."
