Jennifer Aniston House Photos From New York, Beverly Hills
House Hopping With Jennifer Aniston: Past, Present, and Future
Everyone has their vices, and I think it's safe to say that one of Jennifer Aniston's is real estate. After selling her Beverly Hills estate last Spring for a reported $37 to $38 million, the actress and her beau Justin Theroux, leased a house just above LA's Sunset Strip before looking East for a more permanent love nest.
A building in New York's West Village beckoned, and after dropping $5 million on two apartments for a duplex penthouse conversion, it looks like Jennifer Aniston's real estate itch is getting the best of her, again.
This weekend, Jennifer allegedly set her sights on an apartment in New York's historic Gramercy Park. Aside from having serious style cred — the building was developed by boutique hotelier and property developer Ian Schrager and was designed by minimalist architect John Pawson — the building also offers a list of red carpet-worthy services. Amenities include room service, housekeeping, valet parking with car wash services, event planning and butler services, personal shopping and delivery services, and of course, membership to the hotel spa and David Barton gym. The asking price for the new 2,873-square-foot apartment is a whopping $8.7 million (which doesn't include the $11,000 monthly maintenance charges), and includes three bedrooms and three bathrooms.
