For those of you who begin decking the halls right after Thanksgiving, or sooner, by the time the New Year comes around, you may be ready to box up your ornaments and other festive knickknacks right away. Others may let the Santa hats and the angel statuettes linger a bit longer. How about you?

We keep it up until Jan. 6th, Three Kings Day
1Moonrabbitz, that's what I do too. It's sort of a tradition here in Germany.
I may make an exception this year though, because I might be having a New Years party, and I'd like to keep all surfaces free (and reduce the risk of stuff getting broken hehe)
2My mother has always done Jan. 6th as well. I like keeping it up a little longer into January - it keeps a little Christmas spirit up in the house, plus the decor is so pretty, it's nice to have around.
I'll probably do something different with the mantle for the rest of winter, but the tree will come down toward the end of January.
3Our's may be up til mid-January...never any certain date...
4We take them down on January 6th, Epiphany Day.
5yep, leave 'em up til the 12th day of christmas.
6January 6th!
7jan. 6th/three kings day...
