3I'm thinking of making a cassette tape wallet for a friend this year. Paired with some music-inspired accessories (ipod cover, ear buds), I think it'll be a pretty cute gift.
4This is my third year of making mostly homemade gifts. It's so fun to give something from the heart. This year I'm making necklaces using old scrabble tiles. I also give a lot of baked goods. Last year, a family I'm really close to had their youngest daughter go to college, so for Christmas I made them the empty nester kit with a whole bunch of goodies, nice wine, I hand painted some wineglass, and a certificate to rent a movie. They loved it.
