Get the Look: Carrie in Pleats, Lace, and Louboutins

12

After my preview of the SATC movie last week, I was inspired to create even more home décor looks based on some of the most striking frocks worn by Carrie Bradshaw in the television series. Here, Carrie strolls in cheeky ruffled pink Louboutins, a pleated and lace Michael Kors dress and her brocade MoMo Falana coat. To see some of the home finds I found that are inspired by this getup, read more.

Subdued eggplant, punches of pink, and lace and pleats for texture make up this bedroom inspired by Carrie's Season Four getup. Did you get a chance to see the film this weekend? What did you think of the interiors?

I covet those shoes and coat! One of my favorite episodes from the show, and one of my favorite outfits from the show, too! Love the rug you picked out! The inspiration design is very lovely!

well, i don't like her overall look..but i do understand how it inspired the look for home if only Carrie changed that shoes to something else!

They've got those midsummer lights in the poster shop across from the Art Institute in Chicago. They are pretty cool in person.

The midsummer lights are interesting, though. In a strange way, they resemble both moss and jellyfish (in a good sense).

This outfit is heinous and unflattering in every way. She looks shapeless and uncoordinated. In other words:
