This round window is actually part of St. Margaret's Church, which is on the grounds of Westminster Abbey. I love the middle hinge that halves the window. Porthole windows are often seen on many homes and are popular features on Craftsman houses.

my house doesn't but my office does. we are in a converted warehouse with round windows punched through the concrete. it's a pretty cool space...
1i wish it did.
2I have one over my jacuzzi tub in my master bath... but honestly, I'd take it out in a heartbeat and replace the whole wall with a bay window or the like.
