I love decking out my dress form with some of my favorite frocks, but you can get a similar look by using a pretty hanger. Decorating with dresses definitely adds some feminine flair to your home. Do you have any hung in your home?

No. I value my dresses, and I like to properly store them in my closet.
1Same here, GlowingMoon!
2i don't, but it would be a nice idea for dresses that you'll never wear again but can't seem to part with...except i'm not sure how my husband would feel about dresses hanging as decor in the house...maybe a little too frou frou for him
3I don't right now due to space restrictions, but there have been times when I'm seen a dress in an antique or vintage store and thought of getting it specifically for decorative purposes. I'll be moving in September and I'm hoping to find some dresses with an art deco feel to use as decor at that time.
4I have my maid-of-honor dress from my best friend's wedding hanging up in my bedroom. I like seeing it everyday.
5I am getting ready to re-do our front bedroom as my own space. It is still going to be a guest room with a bed, but I plan on making it an ultra feminine, Parisian inspired space. In short, you bet I will. Side bar...Betsy Johnson decorated a bedroom in her house (or maybe a studio) that had vintage dresses for curtains. Not a look for everyone but boy did it work well for her style, fun and quirky.
6I have in the past but not recently.
Kim Love that idea!!!!! Can't wait to see what you do with your new living space when you move and decorate!! How exciting!
