I'm the same as witchbaby, I'd love to have some plants in my window but my cat would just go nuts on them. I'm always thinking about how I could have plants and keep them away from the cat! Hehe.

I have tons of plants but they are generally too big to stay on a windowsill...but even if they fit on it, then you can't open the window!

fake ones, lol. miniture violet plants from ikea. they are small enough that they look real, and i can't kill them :)
