Do You Decorate With Fashion Accessories?

In addition to plenty of other treasures, French model and designer Ines de la Fressange used a handbag and a single boot as decorative accessories to dress up a chest of drawers in her office in Paris. Seeing as the items are works of art in their own right, and her other furnishings are downright glamorous as well, I think she's pulled it off. But just any old shoe wouldn't do. Do you decorate with fashion accessories?

I hang my purses on hooks along one whole wall that always gets lots of comments, never-thought-of-thats and compliments.

I don't do it purposely, but I did inadvertently buy a purse to match the chair I normally throw it on when I get home from work... When friends point it out, I try to play it off as a coincidence, but I think my subconscious decorator has gotten the better of me.

Nope. I agree with skigurl though if I were in the industry I'd def. decorate my office with fashion accessories. Or if I was just really really into fashion I might have an item or two for decoration in my room.

i don't but if i were a model or fashion designer looking to spruce up my office i might...that is the only situation in which is makes sense though, really

I think she works for Roger Vivier in one way or another. That's probably why she decorates this way.
