Design Star With Sabrina Soto Tips

Sabrina Soto, HGTV designer, Target's style expert for home, and the author of Sabrina Soto Home Design: A Layer-by-Layer Approach to Turning Your Ideas Into the Home of Your Dreams guest-judged last night's episode of Design Star, and today she's sharing tips for getting the look of the featured homes.

To refresh your memory, in last night's indoor/outdoor challenge episode of Design Star, the finalists worked with two neighboring homeowners to redesign a family room that connects to an adjacent outdoor space. The competitors teamed up to transform one of the four areas and worked with the home's other team to create a design that flowed seamlessly between the indoor and outdoor spaces. Sabrina Soto, along with Genevieve Gorder and Vern Yip, reviewed the spaces and selected a winner based on which team had the most beautiful space.
