DIY Carnival Wedding

PS: What an incredible focal piece for the ceremony! It seems to marry the whimsical nature of the wedding's theme with the beautiful barn setting. Who was responsible for creating this?

IC: Scott's dad built it. He got some boards and left them outside so that they could age. The legs were fitted and staked on the bottom and then they were on a sort of hinge and sandwiched between two sets of the crossbar at the top.
