Crave Worthy: Uma Chalkboard Vase

Since you guys like the idea of decorating with chalkboard paint so much, I have to share these great Uma Chalkboard Vases ($40) I just found. Available in three sizes (with chalk included!), the playful containers let you scribble messages or draw pictures on the sides. I could see myself using them in the guest room to offer welcome messages along with the fresh flowers I set out. How would you use them?

you could put flowers in the vase and write on the vase instead of getting a card!

I think it would be so cute to give as a gift and fill with flowers, add a handwritten love note, I love it. Very chic.

i like this idea Casa! It reminds me of these vases I saw at the Saatchi gallery once that had messages on them like that. very cool.

i like the guest room idea, but i live in a studio apartment right now, so it doesn't work for me. i'd probably use it for kitchen utensils.

This would be an amazing gift for a teacher. If I were to use it in my house I'd write love letters to my hubby (or more than likely he'd write them to me) on the vase and fill it with flowers.
