Often found in New York City, find out what a Classic Six apartment is when you read more.
A Classic Six is a six-room apartment in a prewar building comprised of a living room, formal dining room, kitchen, two bedrooms, maid's room, and one or two bathrooms. "Classics" can vary in size (5, 12, etc.) but are built in an old-fashion style. They are distinguished by a maid's room and formal dining room. In larger classics, it's often common for smaller maid's rooms to be combined into a single, larger room.
