With a boss like Richard Christiansen, who'd want to ever leave the company? Christiansen, the founder of ad agency Chandelier Creative (its website URL is awesomeville.com, and I'm not about to disagree), turned a Summer rental in Montauk, NY, into a weekend surf-themed surf shack for his employees.
