Before and After: A Sophisticated and Striped Guest Bath Update

The main guest bath in our home also happens to be my kid's bathroom...but that doesn't mean I wanted to cover it with yellow duckies and hoodie towels. It started out pretty bland.

I wanted to add some energy and personality, so I painted easy horizontal stripes in a darker shade. I added depth and warmth with a coat of espresso paint on the vanity. Throw in a new shower curtain, waterfall faucet and cheap art in Ikea frames...and the cheapie bathroom makeover is complete!

For a few months, I thought about painting the natural maple cabinets in my bathroom a dark espresso, but my boyfriend is a hater and convinced me otherwise. This post, however, is making me reconsider. They look amazing! Can you tell me what paint was used on the cabinets??? Thanks!
