As the floral stylist for Breaking Dawn, Tammy Polatsek had her hands full. She told me that simply getting the flowers to the location was a major challenge. "We had to import all of the flowers to Squamish, Canada, which was a great deal of work because they are so delicate and only last a short period of time," she explained. "This made designing the arrangements hard but rewarding."

If anyone was up for the task, it was Polatsek. The head of two companies, Aristocratic Design and Carmona New York, her experience in the fields of event planning, catering, event decor, and floral arranging all served her well on the set of Breaking Dawn.
