This year, we've toured dozens of coveted cribs all over the map, from uber-luxurious celebrity homes to renovated firehouses to architectural feats. But the one that truly stole the show was the Pacific Northwest house designed by Portland, OR-based Skylab Architecture that was home to the Cullen family in Twilight. In real life, it was built as a spec house and sold after only two days on the market to director of footwear design at Nike, John Hoke. It's no surprise that you all fell for it; not only did Twilight take us all by storm this year, but the building is truly a stunning modern masterpiece.

This home is so amazing. I love how clean and modern it looks, and the open shower with the skylight is to die for!
1While it is a lovely house it has no resemblance to the house that the Twilight series books had the Cullens living in. It looks nothing like the "Cullen House" should look including the location.
2I was not happy with Catherine Hardwicke's interpretation of Twilight and her decision to leave things from the books out of her movie and replace them with so many fluff shots...like the aerials.
I am SO happy that she has been replaced...but that is subject matter for a different article!
