How do I refurbish old dining rooms chairs. They have chrome legs that need to be refinished.

I love the message of using old furniture and making it new. As an upholsterer I do it all of the time for antique dealers and designers (and of course myself). If you do buy something new spend the money on a good structure and frame so it can be redone in the future easily.
