Ashton Kutcher Sells Hollywood Hills Home to Benefit DNA Foundation

Ashton Kutcher Sells His Bachelor Pad to Benefit Charity

Happily married man Ashton Kutcher is saying goodbye to his Hollywood Hills bachelor pad, selling it through an exclusive listing for $2.6 million.

While I've always suspected that Kutcher was a cool guy, his excellent taste in real estate has confirmed my suspicions. He also definitely has his heart in the right place. The exclusive listing will benefit the Demi and Ashton Foundation (DNA), a nonprofit organization that raises awareness about child sex slavery and helps in the rehabilitation of its victims.

The house itself is absolutely lovely. Kutcher bought it seven years ago for $1 million, and then, with his father's help, extensively renovated the 1954 Craftsman through Duncan McIntosh.

Rich wood floors, exposed beamwork, and open living spaces define the home's interior, which is just over 3,200 square feet and includes four bedrooms and four-and-a-half baths. A home theater is the perfect spot to take in a viewing of one of Kutcher's latest films, while a two-story wine storage area provides plenty of room for establishing your wine collection.

I'm also completely in love with the outdoor space. The master bedroom leads out to a beautiful private terrace and cascading waterfall that leads up to an infinity-edge spa and pool. Succulents, spilling over stone stairs and intimate pathways, create a private, exotic feel on the one-acre property.
