In general, I love my bathroom. It has adequate storage, a cute tiny-tile vintage white-and-blue floor, and a big, deep tub. (Oh, and a superefficient dual flush toilet.)
But if I could make one change to my bathroom, I'd trade out our big, deep tub for a more elegant and aesthetically lovely claw-foot tub. We had one when I was a little girl, and what can I say? I've never gotten over my romantic attachment to them. Maybe I'd even paint stripes on it.
What would you do to change your bathroom for the better?

I would change the flooring in my bathroom and replace the medecine cabinet.
1medicine.
2Well if I couldn't enlarge it, I would change the bath/shower unti to just a standing shower unit so I'd have more space.
3My bathroom is quite nice and everything is new, but it is tiny!
4If I could, I would make it bigger, with a bigger bath-tub.
And duel shower heads! One on each side because my man and me LOVE showering together
I've always wanted a claw foot tub. I rent now, so the list of things I'd change about my bathroom is endless. When I get a house though, I will probably always want a claw foot tub.
5My hunny is talking about buying a house soon...I can't wait for him to because what's his is mine and mine is mine
And I can make the bathroom PIMPED!
6I'd like to make it bigger and add a bath. We have just a shower now, but there is nothing like a relaxing soak in the tub
.
7I don't like my bathroom....that's one project we need to do this summer. Everything about it is ugly
8I have two bathrooms in my townhouse. The first floor one is just for guest, so it's fine with just a toilet and sink and a few decorative items to make it look nice.
My upstairs bathroom is decent-sized, and I'm in the middle of re-painting and redecorating it. If I could change anything, I'd love a Whirlpool tub. That would be amazing!
9More closets and a bigger bathroom.
10The only thing I really REALLY want that it doesn't have is a rainfall shower built into the ceiling. I'd LOVE that!
11I have one avocado green bathroom and one pink one. That might sound kitshcy cute, but trust me, it's not. I despise both of them!
12Funny that you ask this, because hubby and I were having a debate about redoing our bathroom. We are finishing our basement so the bathroom will have to wait.
13My realistic wish for our bathroom would be:
*Replace stand up shower with marble or a natural stone wall and replace shower door.
* Change standard frameless mirror to two mirrors with frames (because we have a double sink)
*replace laminate counter to natural stone counter.
*replace light fixtures
*repaint walls.
Our home was new when we moved in, but a lot of the fixtures were of cheap quality. Ideally we would have had everything fancy put it to begin with, but this being our first home we had to pick and choose what we could afford to do. Plus my hubby is not a fancy guy so anything besides standard items has to be a debate between us.
My unrealistic wish list would be way too long and so I will not even bother
14PS- our wall color is a light gray (Dove Gray, I think) and I absolutely love it. It feels so clean and serene, like a spa. So when we re paint I will not change the color.
15Mine absolutely needs to be bigger, the fixtures need replaced, I've got water damage near the floor of the medicine cabinet, the flooring is dated, it needs a new paintjob, and a good cleaning.
Wow.
16I would like for my landlord to fix the leak in the ceiling right above the toilet (!), so I don't get dripped on every time it rains. Otherwise, my bathroom is pretty cute.
17Def. a more luxurious bath/shower
18Change the old cold hard tile floor to something more modern
19i rent...so there's not much i can do...but if i could, i would get change the ugly pink tub, toilet, and rusty sink to a clean white finish, and change the dusty pink tiles, for something a little more chic and modern, like glass tiles....
20I'd want a BIG soaking tub! I'd also love to have a shower that has 4 or 5 showerheads. How nice would that be?
21It's more like what wouldn't I change in my bathroom. The toilet, tub and sink are almond instead of white which irritates me. I'd have jets in my tub. The flooring would be better. I'd change the wall color (my hubby loves the wallpaper so we're keeping it) and the counter top color from the ugly mauve color it is now. I'd like better setup also.
22I rent, but if I had my way... I'd fix the cracked tiles around the tub, route out the tub drain that no amount of draino will fix, change the sink/tub/toilet for something that isn't minty-seafoam-turquoise, paint the non-tiled walls that are a similar color. If I go beyond the basics... the entire thing would be overhauled to look NICE and not apartment-cheap.
23I would close off the shower. It's one of those walk-in enclaved kind without a door. It's so pretty but man is it drafty! I can never get warm enough when I'm in there.
24i hate pedestal sinks! there's no storage apart from a small alcove and the cabinet we put in. i hate how messy cabinet sinks can seem at times, but i do like the amount of storage available
25I really love my bath. If I had more room, I would have had a vanity. Next house, I suppose!
