This Numbers Green Occasional Armchair ($439), which I spotted on Design*Sponge, is made from a recycled chair frame and rare fabric remnants so it's one of a kind, and has a low environmental impact. Its upholstery is modern while its shape is a classic. I love how the multi-color numbers fabric is only used on seat backing; it prevents the busy pattern from overwhelming the eye (and the space). The perfect furnishing for a 21st century home — or my home, I should say, if I had four hundred smackers to drop post-Christmas.

I love it! It looks kind of French country in its design, but the colorful numbers just makes it pop! The two styles just mesh perfectly. I want!
1I love the shape of the chair, but I don't like the bright numbers.
2No thank you...
3I would love to find a similar chair in a thrift shop, and do it myself!!
4I'm actually planning on doing that myself! I already have the fabrics picked out, I just need to find the right chair.
5tres cool. *sighs* I found a 50 dollar wingback on Craigslist and had grand ideas of lovely modern fabrics a la design*sponge when my bubble was burst by the price of 650 bucks for re-upholstering. yes, cheaper than these designer 2000 specials but...
6not my style but I think it's neat for the right house
7Super cute and quirky.
