As part of our Best of 2007 polls, by a landslide you chose a professional kitchen as your most coveted indoor home upgrade. I completely agree with you on this one. Although it's certainly not a necessity, and I feel a bit bratty for hoping to have one, a professional kitchen would certainly be nice to have. And, since I love to cook, I'd definitely use it. Plus, think of all the home entertaining you could do . . .

This was my choice too...not that I'm the greatest cook or anything, but I would love it for entertaining purposes. And I'm sure I'd cook more if I had an amazing kitchen!
