Wine cellar would be awesome! I haven't even thought of that before.
1I would love a huge, amazing kitchen with all the best appliances.
My second choice would be a game room...so fun for hanging out with friends and entertaining.

13It was kind of a coin toss between the kitchen and bathroom. Both of mine are tiny and aggravating. But I spend so much more time in the kitchen than the bath,
14While looking at model homes one day - I came across one that had turned an extra bedroom into a theater. Complete with red velvet curtains, super comfortable seating, surround sound and a huge screen. I think about that room often. That's why I chose an extra room - so I can convert it into my home theater. : )
15I would say a professional kitchen...but the additional bathroom would add so much value to my house!

20And everything is my own! And my kitchen is awesome, I love it! All stainless steel appliances and granite countertops and I love it
I don't know if I could choose just one but I choose more bedrooms and bathrooms but I'd also love new flooring, renovated baths, interior decorating and I would LOVE new windows
