To begin, I want to know what's on your night stand. My night stand is topped with a good reading lamp, a stack of shelter magazines, yesterday's jewelry, and a pen and notepad to jot down those last-minute-before-sleep to-do thoughts. What about you?

well we dont really have a night stand!
1we just have a dresser, but if i had one, there would be a lamp and a alarm clock, but we also just use our phones as an alarm clock, because we get up at different times, and a cell phone isn't SOOO loud!..

2Usually there is a bottle of water and my cellphone too, because I use my cellphone to wake me up as well.
Alarm clock, my glasses, bottle of water, about 7 fashion magazines, a couple of pictures, and a lamp. Oh, and the little jewelry box I keep my engagement ring in at night (I don't sleep in it).
3I user my dresser as a night stand. I keep it pretty clear. My lamp, laptop and cell phone. Everything I might need in the middle of the night!
4A whole bunch of junk! I have three books, some bills, a glass of water, a notebook and pen, the remote, just to much to name!
5Lamp, books, glasses, and a picture...
6Alarm clock, my glasses, baby bottle, baby wipes/diapers, and random papers from my pockets.
7We have a lamp on each side. The alarm clock I gave him is on his side, usually at night there's a cellphone on each side, and then we have the two halves of a fist-sized split smoky quartz geode on each side. It makes a nice accent piece, and also it's nice he has his half and I have mine and they both came from one piece of stone.

9Alarm clock, lamp, stack of already finished books, and a jewelry case for hanging necklaces. I can't set down my earring and such because my dog will try to run off with them.
By the way, I got my nightstand for $10 at a second hand furniture dealer. I painted it black and now it looks straight out of a Pottery Barn catalog!

14I love my nightstand -- I use its drawer as an extra "shelf" ... I have books, books, books on it. My reading glasses (yup, weak eyes), lamp, change, journal.

18I used to have nightstands and got rid of them. I'm a magazine hoarder and they constantly had mags stacked on them on top of that with the alarm clock, candles, my glasses, cellphone, my son's books and a ton of mini lotions.
I really don't miss them.

24on my nightstand I have a mini-Tiffany inspired lamp, my alarm clock, my house phone, and the desktop charger for my cell, my remote control and a little jewelry dish to put my jewelry in before I go to bed.
25I also have a double drawer below that holds a catastrophe collection of lotions, medicines, receipts, nail polish, etc.
My favorite patchwork silk lamp I got years ago from Urban Outfitters before it went insane, cell phone, stack of Domino mags, random jewelry, a robin-shaped paperweight.
26Alarm clock, reading lamp and hand lotion. (I HAVE to put lotion on my hands and feet before I go to bed!)

30I keep an alarm clock and my dying bamboo plant on my nightstand.
31A lamp ~ the only thing my kitty won't knock off. On the floor beside the nightstand (due to said kitty), I have a few books, a coaster for my water, and the water bottle. I usually sleep with my cellphone beside me on the bed because apparently it bothers the kitty for it to be on the nightstand but not on the bed.
32Also, I just wanted to point out how weird that couple in the pic above looks. They don't seem to match each other. Trivial, but something I noticed nontheless!!

38On my nightstand I have a yankee candle, a cordless phone/charger, my cell phone charger, a coaster for my drink and my alarm clock.
39I have a alarm clock (which I never use), my cell to wake me up, 2 containers that I keep my jewelry, a pen and random pieces of paper.
40Alarm clock, mobile phone (with another alarm clock), candle, whatever book I'm reading and a glass of water.
41A HURRICANE LAMP FROM IKEA, TV REMOTE, CELL PHONE/ALARM CLOCK CHARGING, PENS AND PENCILS IN A JAR (FOR MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT INSPIRATION), AND NORMALLY A CAN OF DIET COKE.

43birth control pills, some jewelry, a vintage boom box, and usually one or two water bottles. my boyfriend is in charge of the alarm clock.
