While I do understand that wide belts have been "in" for the last couple of years, I don't think I'd want one "in" my home, particularly on a pillow like this. For those of you who don't speak French, this Z Gallerie Mode Pillow is named "Mode" because that word means "in fashion." Do you think belted pillows are fashionable?

If they were placed horizontally, I think the whole effect would be ruined, since they would look just like pillows with belts on them, and then to me that turns into cheese or some sort of adult version of a pillow person.
1No love, no hate. These could be very chic looking accents in the right room.
2I think without the belts, they'd look a lot better. Also, if you happened to fall asleep on one, you'd wake up with a lovely belt mark on your face...

19I saw these in our Z Gallerie last week, and they're actually pretty cute. Trendy, obviously, but way less kitsch than those hideous skull and crossbones trinkets that are everywhere!
20Definately a "for the right room" kind of accessory. They wouldnt work in most rooms, but a modern monocromatic chic room with touches of hot pink or red? Fantastic!
