You might have noticed that I'm a huge fan of mirrored furniture, particularly mirrored coffee tables. Well, flipping through old photos of a night at the W Hotel in New Orleans, I found a snapshot of a friend applying rouge via—what else?—a mirrored coffee table!

I don't know. Mirrored coffee tables seem a little, um, cocaine-chic to me.
Love it!
Perfect! Cocaine chic! Hahaha perhaps, but you know what, I still like it!
wow what a cool idea
At first glance I thought she was doing lines.
ha! same here, twinkle.
I have a thing for mirrors on the ceiling! My ideal bedroom would have that for sure!
I thought the same thing. (cocaine)
For some reason I always thought rouge was blush. Maybe it is anything that is red? Maybe lip rouge = lipstick?

yeti, I am in agreement with you. Rouge is blush...for the cheeks! That lady is applying lipstick! =p
julia you made poopy famous!
BE WARNED - Mirrored furniture looks nice in others homes, but I bought a mirrored table for my entry and it shows every fingerprint, smudge, speck of dust, etc. I'm a very clean person and I dust it daily and it still rarely looks spotless.
