But not all graffiti is gang related. There are professional graffiti artists who do GORGEOUS work

8beautiful! i'm wondering if simply because someone paints or draws something on an outside wall (noncommissioned - not like a paid mural or anything) - does it necessarily imply that they are a graffiti artist? and then - are they in a gang like someone eluded to... as in so many gangsters do graffiti art...anyway, just some thoughts.
95ft tall? That would look so stunning, I wish we had that calibre of grafitti artist around here.
