Those of you who had success with the JC Penney Home Sale we posted about recently might be interested to hear that the retailer is back with its Biggest Rug Sale, offering 30-50% savings on its already low-priced rugs.

I've never been much of a believer in JC Penney, but I have to admit that they've recently been stocking some stylish finds, and all at affordable prices. Their website is also super easy to navigate, saving you from the woes of picking through their department store racks.
