I love to add a few new ornaments to my holiday tree each year, and this season I'm really loving the metallic sheen of silver baubles. One of my favorites is this set of silver swirl ornaments. They have a great, antiqued look, and would look gorgeous against the dark green needles of your evergreen.

I am a decorated mad woman when it comes to Christmas. I have trees all over the house and each one has a theme. My kids love the McDonald toy tree...with all those happy meal toys. My husband loves the antique silver tree that we put all his Star Trek and UFO ornaments on. My favorite is the bird tree...which has tiny bird ornaments I have collected all my life. We always have a candy cane tree by our front door so that visitors can help themselves to a candy cane on their way out.
My favorite candy cane flavor: Mint chocolate.
1I was in Target yesterday, and while I've promised myself not to buy any new decorations, it's gonna be tough. Their Christmas stuff this year is so cute! (and cheap!)
