A console table in your foyer can make a great landing strip for your keys, purse, and other daily essentials. But it can also just be pretty and fill an otherwise dead space. I love this foyer by interior designer Anne Coyle. Orchids, check. Cherry blossoms, check. Ornate mirror, check. White furniture, check. Soft lighting, check!

Not in this house, because we don't have a foyer. In previous homes we have.
1I don't but I love that wall in the background.
2Sure do. My foyer is a dark green color with a cream trim. There is the door to the closet with a mirror on it, and the wall with the console has a window over it. We have a plant sitting on one end, a lamp on the other & it's our mail room. Shredder under the table, mail organizer in the middle & misc. stuff in the drawer of the console. It's perfect.
3we don't just because we don't have a lot of room in our hallway and we're a complete back door house- always coming into the kitchen.
i've always wanted a table in the foyer though with a nice lamp, rotary phone and hydrangea's present
my boyfriends parents have this amazing wooden love seat with a little table in the middle which i think would work perfectly. i keep dropping hints so that whenever we get a house together, hopefully thay may come with us and would be perfect in a foyer
4**that may come with us sorry.
