I am a pretty terrible bowler, but this Michael Anastassiades Bronze Ball Vase ($2,500) is a bowling ball I can get behind. The sculptural piece is made from weighty bronze and offers a very dramatic way to display a single flower. What do you think?

I like it...but for $2500?? Yikes!
I don't love it, but I don't hate it either. It's just kind of there. But certainly not worth the price.
I think it's quite quirky and cute!
I wouldn't buy it ($2500 is WAYYYYY too much), but I like it
seems like you could just go to a thrift store, get a bowling ball, and spray paint it gold...
Not my gig. I'm kinda with cadillacrazy.
Oh no no, it's like trying to make a silk purse from a sow's ear. Tacky! And even worse--expensive tacky!
oy. not a fan. and for $2500, maybe one would be better off leafing or spray painting a bowling ball.
oops. yes as cadillacrazy said up there. sorry i skimmed.
I agree, bowling ball anyone?
Hate
I like the idea of it, but I'd like it a lot less if I didn't want to roll it down the lane for a seven-ten split.
Love it - but that flower is looking a little limp.
I Love it! it looks like modern art the new age but I wouldnt pay 2500 for it why couldnt you just take your bowling ball and get a hole drill in it and get some sort of stand for it and call it yours.
uh, no. nooooo. no no. i'd rather use a pop bottle or something.
wow. that's one of the stupidest things i've ever seen!
Definitely looks like an ugly bowling ball..
what a bad idea
I really don't like it.
GUTTER BALL!
Ugh, that belongs with shag carpeting and mirrored ceilings -- TACKY!
heehee Catlinlv. I agree. I hate bowling and I hate this vase.
I'm not a fan of bowling balls as vases.
I love it!!
$2,500! HAHAHAHAHA. geez.
Seriously if I could take one old bowling ball, spray paint it, then pass it off as a vase and sell it for $2500 I would do it!
I have this irresistible urge to go for a 7-10 split.
Some art I look at and say 'I can do that!' so...err, hate it.
sort of like the idea of it until i saw the price. it looks like something that could be reasonably duplicated for $25.
No way, it just looks strange.
ugh-no.
No thanks ... I agree with the earlier comment of spraypainting my bowling ball gold if I want one ... which I don't, I think it's tacky.
No thanks
