2The only one I like is the Crate and Barrel leather one. The other's are too eclectic looking for my taste.

4The Crate and Barrel one is the one that makes the most sense to me... the rest are too toy-like.
5I am in love with the TARGET versions. They are only around $70 or so and you can put three together for more of a coffee table.

7I've seen the Target one as well, it's cute - but the one I looked at had a bunch of scratches on the "leather" so I would think that it scraches easy
8My grandmother gave me a pair of these only they were a fantastic dark chocolate color made out of woven thick straw. I can put them together as a coffee table or have them apart as end tables. Plus they can hold a medium sized blanket. I love them!

So I would have to do with the Urban one..But it's true I got one at Target for like $10.00 after it went on sale from the Valentine's day clearance..It's great because no one really knows that it's storage..fits nicely in small spaces too

11I used to work at a furniture store that sold a version of the Crate and Barrel one. We sold SO MANY of these. People love them and usually came back to buy more. My parents have 2 in their living room and they are perfect as a coffee table.

My friend gave it to me to store all my records in.... but i find it pretty hideous looking. anyone know if i can recover it? cuz i love the urban outfitter one, id much prefer something along that style...
