Casa Verde: The Science Behind the Net-Zero Energy House
The house is a net-zero energy home, which means that the house is designed to produce as much energy as it uses. This is accomplished through energy efficiency and renewables. You can see the solar powers on the roof (they're the darker roof portions on the left hand side, and a small strip on the right).
