While staying at the Park Lane Guesthouse in Austin, the owner urged me to try the outdoor shower. I did, and fell in complete and total love. Now, I'm lamenting the lack of an outdoor shower at my own home, and trying to figure out how I could build one while using it for a greywater irrigation system for the garden. Hm . . .

1i would love an outdoor shower....
2but in england the water would freeze as it was coming out the shower head!
on cribs etc i'm always jealous of half indoors half outdoor bathrooms...
or thinking of richard branson's on the virgin islands the outdoor bathtub!
I live in Maine- enough said! Plus I'm pale. lol. It is a nice idea though.
3I love having a outdoor shower at the shore but I wouldn’t use one at my regular home
4I love outdoor showers. The just feel like summer.
5I have one and I lovvvve it!
6I had one when I lived in Miami and loved it!! I had vegetation surrounding my shower space so there was privacy, the climate made it great to be outside nekked, etc. I moved to Colorado last year and have no plans of doing an outdoor shower just yet. I suppose backpacking in the summer and bathing in ice melt will just have to do.
7I have one.
8Maybe if I was near the beach and had lots of privacy.
9I live in Illinois, not exactly outdoor shower compatible. We get oh, three months of hot and humid and the rest is cold, windy and dreary.
10Every summer we stayed at a Beach House that had an outdoor shower. It was good for a couple reasons 1.) Kids after the beach = a lot of sand and you don't want that in the house. 2.) Hot summer says nice cold shower!
11Yes! I live in Arizona so besides the winter time we could use one. I've showered outside in the woods during summer and it was amazing.
12I have one already.
13My next door neighbors put one in this past Monday! It's totally visible from our upstairs windows and hallway, which is kinda strange, but it's not visible to anyone else. I'd LOVE to have one . . . my aunt had on at her old house in Santa Cruz, a bit above the ocean on a hill, so no one could see you, but when you showered you could see down to the ocean and the Boardwalk and it was so gorgeous!
14What about bugs and snakes and tics? Oh, my!
15when i was in high school i went to sea camp and they had an outdoor shower... for YEARS i begged my father to make one for me... and now as an adult i can not wait to own a house so i can install one and bathe in the open!
