. . . would you buy this mansion, even if it's located right next to the Playboy Mansion? For $27,995,000, you can buy Hugh Hefner's personal residence, a two-story, 7,300-square-foot English Manor-style home, built in 1929.

I think mansions are tacky. I prefer cottages.
1Only $27,995,000?
2I would convert it into a B&B?
3No way, our neighbors now are ridiculously loud, i couldn't imagine how noisy the playboy mansion would be.
4What a nice vacation spot to let my Grandparents rest, ha ha.
5I'm sure some people would consider living nect to the Playboy Mansion an asset.
6Not me though! LOL
no, not a fan of the location..if i had the cash and the house was somewhere else..then sure i would.
7If money were no issue, I'd just buy some other amazing mansion!
8B&B would be a great idea, just think of those tourists!
9As if. I'm married and I want to stay that way.
10No way! The noise would drive me crazy! And I imagine the street gets pretty crowded with cars when he has parties. Besides, I don't wanna walk to my mailbox in sweats and have a hot celeb driving by!
kimburnett, lol! Good point!
