How-To: Recycle or Reuse 7 Household Items
Old Mix Tapes
If you've tired of that first-crush mix tape sent to you by the guy that sat behind you in grade school civics class, you can get rid of it without feeling guilty. While the tape cannot currently be recycled, the plastic casing can. It can be recycled into coat hangers, and the screws can be reused, too. Take it to your local tech recycling center to eco-consciously bid those songs goodbye.
