Antiques are beautiful, but sometimes I can't resist a modern interpretation of an old classic, like the the Conran Shop Napoleone Cabinet ($4,950). Lacquered with glossy green, the timeless form of this seven-drawer chest takes on a lively and witty attitude. Sadly this cabinet is astronomically out of reach for me, but a girl can dream, can't she? If I were the proud owner of this royal French piece, I'd fill it with Hermes scarves, vintage leather gloves, buckets of baubles, and some extortionate lace. How about you?

I like the style, as I have quite a bit of antique furniture myself, but I'm not too fond of that shade of green.
I like it a lot.
I love this piece!!! This would be a great piece (or similiar) to try to find at a flea market or yard sale!
That is really nice looking and I like the classic look to it. I would so put that in my pad.
I love it!
pea soup green is such a hard color to match so the piece would always stand out -- not bad for a possible entryway or breakfast nook?
I really love it...too much $$ for me too though
Just an idea casa, while I love alot of the pieces you've been showing, I think it would be nice if you showcased in the crave worthy and admire/acquire categories, items that are more affordable to the average reader (say under $500.00) especially in today's economy.
It's very pretty!
