I'm sure all of you Hills fans would kill to replace Audrina in Lauren Conrad's Spanish villa in the Hollywood flats. Well, something tells me that reality is not so far off. Conrad is renting out her 3,009-square-foot, four-bedroom, 3.5-bath home for $11,000 per month. Conrad and her BFF Lo Bosworth moved into a high-rise condo in the Westwood area of LA in favor of more security and privacy. I'm also guessing that Lauren's feud with her neighbors over the commotion of paparazzi and MTV crews at her digs might have motivated her to move elsewhere. Would you like to rent out Conrad's pad? I certainly would! I actually think it's sad that she's decided to move; it's such a cute house. To each her own, right?

huh - i don't know why - but i kind of thought that she only rented that place and didn't buy it but i guess that's not the case. i'm sure she'll be able to rent it out - that doesn't seem like a major issue in her neighborhood. if she's getting into things with her neighbors though, i can only imagine what her condo neighbors are going to say when there are crews in the hall and elevator all the time.
1I would, $1100 per month for a 4 bedroom house in the Hollywood Hills, that's quite cheap IMO

8It's a good investment, amers230, especially for a young person. And, it's not exactly a good time to sell. I'm sure she has someone dealing with the tenants for her.

10casasugar - thanks for answering! i figured it was due to the down market and everything, but it just struck me as strange. she's mentioned so often how much her neighbors dislike having her there, i wondered why she'd want to hold on to a place like that.
