Domino is the latest of our beloved shelter magazines to announce that it's shutting down. But is it the saddest in a recent string of bad news for magazine browsers?

i will miss domino, it's my fave!
1Blueprint! Domino is a close second.
2nooooo not Domino!
3Blueprint!
I didn't even know they'd closed down!!! I actually LIKED the format and relevance of products they featured!!!
Domino will be missed, though I can't say that it wasn't all that unexpected.
4Sad to see Domino go as they are one of the few American home magazine that publishes attainable and affordable design suggestions that are interesting. Many of the British home style magazines present an interesting mix of fabric, eras, art that can be accomplished in everyday homes without breaking the bank. Additionally, they illustrate how one can mix both antique and modern pieces to present an interesting and functional room. Too often their American counterparts present overly pricey rooms that are sterile and resemble a furniture catalog room. Domino provided wonderful sources for interesting accessories, furniture, pillows, fabric, art, etc. They will be missed.l
5Blueprint was my all time FAVORITE!
6I loved House and Garden. And I love Domino. Cottage Living will also be missed.
7i JUST got a free year-long subscription to domino --- have gone from being totally psyched to super-bummed
8hey casa, do you think the domino home book will continue to be printed? i really want it since i'm too young to have a house of my own yet to decorate, but once i do, i think i'd appreciate the tips.

10I am so sad! I loved Blueprint and was upset when they went, but at least I still had Domino.... Now that too!!! NOOOOO This is too much... I really liked both and now they are gone, what is next??
11Oh my gosh I loved Blueprint!!!!!
12Blueprint definitely. It was the only magazine I loved wholly and completely. I'm still sad about them... a year is not enough time to let a magazine catch on.
13Domino,because I am a new subscriber to this magazine! What is going to happen to my subscription?
14I've been wondering why I cant find Blueprint anywhere! Ugh, I hate that its closed! I love that magazine. There used to be a magazine about 3 years ago called For Me that I loved too and it shut down. That was a great mag because it was like Cosmo but without all the ads and with more than just sex advice. It was kind of like for women who were too old for Cosmo but not old enough for Redbook.
Another one bites the dust...
15Domino was my fave too.....
16domino... with blueprint as a verrry close second. sad, sad, sad!
17I am so sad about Domino, followed by House & Garden (sure, it was actually "House & Garment"--but I liked that!) and Blueprint. And how about a moment of silence for Budget Living, too?
18I was a huge fan and subscriber of Blueprint, Cottage Living, and Domino....
19In order of importance:
#1: Blueprint
#2: Domino (Nooo! I just found out)
#3 Home
#4 House & Garden
#5...the rest
20I'm so sad about Domino.. I loved Blueprint too! I was so happy to see Zooey on Domino!
21House and Garden was a staple during my childhood. I will miss it! I really liked blueprint and domino, too. All the good mags are going- maybe they will still be online?
22Country Home (not on this list), because I worked there and now am searching for a new job
23Please Domino, please don't go! LOL!
