If you live in a snowy climate, chances are that you'll spend a good amount of time each week shoveling your front walk, which is actually a good form of exercise. Most cities also require that residents keep the sidewalks in front of their property free of snow and ice. Do you shovel at your home?

There's plenty of snow, but I live in an apt building.
ditto kate, hooray!
Either my husband or my stepson will take care of it with the snowblower.
I'm jealous of anyone who doesn't have snow. Sometimes I hate it. Sometimes I love it; good exercise for the dog and I. Chaco has a blast playing ball in it, while I shovel.
Actually a neighbor has been shoveling for me. Everytime I go out to get the shovel my path is cleared up to my car. He says it is to thank me for taking such good care of his cat when he travels, but I think he just likes the exercise.
My fiancee and I had to shovel LOL, but he did most of the work thou.
My dad snowblows with a snowblower! No shovels at my house!
In theory, the landlord shovels. In reality... my husband does about 75% of it, the other two tenants and I get the rest.
I live in a townhouse, so we pay maintanence fees for this type of stuff. Thank God. I don't miss shoveling AT ALL.
My landlord although he does a crappy job and takes forever so I get stuck doing it sometimes...ugh. And it's a part of my rent!!
Since I live in an apartment it's always done for me.
Same as cupcake_ for me! I live in an apartment complex where I don't have to worry about it thankfully!
i can't imagine having to shovel snow! what to old people do, or people who can't physically do the work?
We hire a guy with a 4X4 and a plow to do our driveway, @ $20 a push. So far this winter, we have paid out almost $300. We have a 60 X 25 driveway, with a turn around, so the $20 is well worth the expense and time!!
Depends on how much snow and who's around. Usually it's my brother or father who takes care of it.
ha! no body does... we just walk through it like the troppers we are! At my house in Chicago, there's about a foot of snow still. Yes, we are lazy.
I'm responsible but sometimes, I will hire someone to shovel, like last Monday when it was coming down pretty hard and it was 1* degree out! It was cold and a young guy looking for work shoveled both my porch, walkways, sidewalks + my neighbor's. The City of Denver fines people for not shoveling the sidewalks!
